Service Description

4 week term | Live on Zoom Suitable anytime from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 8 weeks post c.section (once had GP check) right up to when your baby is on the move. Classes help you recover from pregnancy and birth, safely regain your fitness and strength - including finding your pelvic floor and building up your deep core - and help you to find some inner calm and community throughout early motherhood.
