Service Description

Suitable from 15/16 weeks if you are brand new to yoga or exercise right to full term. If you already have an exercise or yoga practice you may join classes earlier, check in with your Dr/midwife to be sure. Stay fit and comfortable in pregnancy, relieve common aches and pains and learn key tools of how to breathe, move and relax as you prepare for labour and birth. Also you can join our private WhatsApp group of local mums-to-be to connect and support each other. Limited spaces available, book to secure your space.
